checked all fuses even under hood? may have bad signal switch or bad brake light switch yes even if 3rd brake works.also check wiring under rear fender by bumper thats were wire harness is hope this helps.
That's for the abs system only, not the brake lights. All brake lights are not working? Check the brake light switch (aka stop light switch), which is attached to the upper brake pedal, and has a wire attached to it. If it's shot, the brake lights won't work. Check the brake light switch under the dash at the brake peddle and make sure its working if it does not close when you depress the brake peddle the lights will not work You may hve to remove the lower cover for the dash to get at the switch
