Check the wiring on the TCC Transmission Converter Clutch solenoid at the trans and the PCM . It is possible the PCM is bad . BBB Industries online has free wiring diagrams for this model.
Code 743 means the computer did a volt drop test on the circuit and found the solenoid to be open or shorted to ground. It could be the solenoid valve, or the wiring.
