My question would be why do you want to lift it ? Is it a four wheel drive are a two wheel drive ? Factory seating it will except a large wheel without any modifications . The 2010 dodge ram 1500 uses a coil spring in the rear and a spring and shock on the front if you use a spacer it will mess up the ride and the handling of the truck. Before you do any modifications to the ride height of the truck talk to your local dealer and ask them. Good luck.

bypass the pressure switch with a wire and see if the compressor kicks in. What are your pressures? Ambient temp? An over-charge should not lock up the compressor. It is a closed system so you definetly have a leak somewhere. use soapy water around joints looking for bubbles.
