It is getting sucked into the engine through a crack or bad gasket.
needs attention ASAP. take a sniff at the tailpipe for antifreeze odor, or look for foam on the bottom of the oil fill cap. ain't good.

Hi,
I would get some UV coolant dye to make sure nothing is leaking. If nothing is leaking you may have a leaking head gasket that is leaking the coolant into the oil. If that is the case stop driving the car immediately as the coolant in the oil will totally ruin the engine and cost you even more then a head gasket repair. A new head gasket will run about 800$ from a qualified mechanic. give or take a little $.
Thank you and good luck,
lee

SOURCE: Mazda MPV Coolant Loss (but no overheat)

i had the same thing on my wifes 2000 mpv van...the ends of the radiator are made of some sort of composite type material....it had a slight crack in it....wasn't obvious until it got worse and started streaming water from it when warmed up....even after it cooled enough not to be spewing it was hard to actually see the crack though a few inches long....was hard to even see where the water and antifreeze mixture was coming from until i took out the radiator

My car heats up in stop n go traffic. The temperature gauge can go as high as to the 'RED'. I adding water and coolant everyday. Are the fans supposed to come on as I am driving and the car heats up?

if you are adding coolant every day then you are experiencing coolant loss
could be from a leaking pump gasket , head gasket or other leaking item
have a compression test done to check for head gasket , cracked head
next have the cooling system pressure tested to find the cooling leak
lastly check the fan, fan relay , fuses and coolant temp sensor unit for correct operation

Radiator and adding water.

If you are adding coolant/water every week and there are no external leaks, you are probably burning the coolant thru the engine.
You can burn a large amount and not see any smoke from the exhaust pipe. Possible head gasket or cracked head.

I had my engine flushed 3mos ago. Before the flush my coolant system worked fine. Now every two weeks my coolant light comes on so I add coolant. Am I adding the coolant incorrectly? The coolant i'm using...

If you're losing coolant you have a leak. Go to the shop that flushed your system and have them check for leaks. They may have left a hose clamp or a drain bolt lose.

My 1996 toyota camry ran heat. so i put water in the resevior tank. now i have to put water in every 3 days.

You need to find your leak. You should have a leak somewhere. You might have a loose clamp. Start your car and let it run for a few minutes. Watch for a leak. Water burns a lot faster then actual coolant. If your adding water, it evaporates. You need a jug of coolant. If you need anything else, let me know. I am here to help.

94 cadillac loosing water

look into the coolant recovery bottle with engine running and make sure hose i end is submerged. If you see bubbles, you have a head gasket leaking. How does the car run on start up?? a little rough at first?
