Sounds like you need either a blower motor or a blower resitor
does it work sometimes on all speeds or just only on high
only works on high= resistor
only works sometimes = blower motor

How to locate blower motor resistor in 2009 saturn outlook?

for the fan the motor resistor would be a possible cause, but the heat itself doesnt come up to temp? That wouldnt be a fan problem.

A/c Heat Fan in 1995 Jeep Cherokee doesnt work. I can feel cold or hot air right the vents but fan doesnt blow. Where is blower motor found in this car?

there is a blower motor resistor that cuts the voltage for the different fan speeds. this is most likely the culprit. check autozone.com, you can get access to location and wiring diagrams to be more familiar with it. you have to register and it's free. the switch or wiring might also be bad, when in the high position, the switch effectively bypasses any resistor. although the voltage still runs through the assembley. a repair manual is you best option

Blower on heater works sometimes, sometimes it doesnt. Can be driving down the road and it suddenly starts blowing. What could be the problem? A short in the wiring? Blower motor going out? Blower level...

Sounds like the blower resistor. It will either be located in the engine compartment outside the motor or inside the vehicle inside the blower motor cover. It could also as well be selector switch

Blower doesnt work

Ok, this is either a bad resistor switch or, a blown motor. you can test the blower motor by using a volt meter or multimeter as well. In most cases, this will be a bad resistor switch.

A/c heater fan no blow

sounds to me like the blower motor resistor, and if I'm not mistaken the resistor and the blower motor are located under the dash on the passengers side. the resistor should have a wiring connection and 2 screws attaching it to the blower case. The a/c and heater blower will not work if the resistor goes out. hope this helps you out a little. Best wishes.
