You would need a vacuum gauge to check this you can get one for 25 -40 dollars at parts stores But if you had a vacuum leak it would run leak not rich Pull out one of your spark plugs if its dark and kind of wet its rich if its white and dry its leak it should be like a tan color withno little spots on it But it realy sounds more like a fuel trim problem i would put it on a scaner first and see if you get any codes hope this is of some help to you
Try spraying WD-40 on the intake CAREFULLY! And see if temporary runs better. If so then changed the gasket/hoses. Other wise check the pcv valve and other items on the block that have vacuum hoses.
