of all the other (many) park./dim lights are working then the bulbs are bad. the FSM shows all the steps for removing.

This is not a full solution, but there is more than one fuse box. I believe the fuse you're looking for is in the under-dash fuse box. It's a 10 amp fuse and should be the #1 fuse that also runs the clock and other things.
You need to check the fuses in the underdash fuse box, fuse 5 is a 10 amp that is hot all the time. Fuse 32 is a 7.5 amp that is hot in run, or acc position. Also check fuse 7 in the underhood fuse box it is a 7.5amp. If all the fuses are good, the radio may have an internal failure.
Press and hold the sound button on your stereo until the time flashes. To adjust the time i think it was the number 4 cd button for the hour and 5 for the minutes. After setting time press the sound button again and wella.
