if you could find a bell housing adapter TH-200-4R was used in GM rear-wheel-drive cars equipped with the 231 Buick, 301 Pontiac, and the Oldsmobile 307, 350 gas and 350 diesel engines from 1981-'90; however, many Chevrolet 267 and 305 V-8s also used the TH-200-4R because of the multi-fit bellhousing.

for all small block v8s, This would include 265, 283, 305, 327, 350, 400 cu. in. chevy small block v8 engines. Good Day! rotation clockwise.

it should.......but a transmission shop will need to verfiy it. Get the trans pan off and check the condition, (excessive metal in th epan) and replace the filter while its out. Have a trans shop check it, you dont want to put in a bad trans.

The engine will fit into the chasey but i don't think it will line up with transmission and your going to have electrical issues bacause the years are to far apart OBD 1 SYSTEM to OBD 11 SYSTEM is going to be a problem

if your engine is a chev 305 (5.0L)a 700r trans will work just need adaptors for jeep t-case

Not a stock 1991 GMC Sonoma transmission. They're made to fit a V6, not a V8.
(With a 4.3Liter V6 engine)

engine in or out? harder in.... you will not get all of them with the motor in and transmission connected, because there are freeze plugs behind the flywheel... get a freeze plug removal and replacement tool, drain engine coolant first...

if it has a 4.3 liter motor a 86 to a 97 if it has a 350 motor a 81 to a 96 will work hope this helps
