My drivers side door check strap broke and needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if the backseat drivers side door check strap is interchangeable with the front seat? I'd like to be able to take the one out of the rear door and put up front because I rarely use the back seat. OEM parts of the front door check strap run about $50,00 and I'm not crazy about spending that much.

You need to replace door lock actuator. I have replace them on all four door locks, now I need to replace the back hatch lock as well.

there could be two things, check to make sure theres nothing caught on the seat track, if not its possibly the power seat switch.
