It could be the body control module. Have you had the car scanned for codes? Most auto parts stores will do it for free, but it might not show BCM codes.
Your best bet is to ask the dealership to do a specific scan for your make and model even though it will probably cost 80 bucks or maybe not if you had the battery replaced at the dealer.
This also could be a faulty diode that was installed at assembly which blows out after a while. The part is inexpencive ($5 unless's it's gone up?) but would be costly to have done by the dealer (maybe not, never hurts to inquire) and if your looking to do it yourself, it sounds fairly easy to do.
Hope this helps out a bit!

SOURCE: Radio and dome light will not work

Fuses don't fix the problem, NOTHING ever did, I find out a bunch of my wires in the car were fried, and I was not about to pay the money to have the car rewired. So I dealt with no radio and no lights for over a year until LUCKILY the engine blew. And notice I said 'luckily ;) This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned!

SOURCE: battery died and was replaced...

Please check the fuses which are labeled on the fuse panel. If you find one blown replace with the same exact rating. If the fuse blows again do not replace again until you find out what blew that fuse. In that instance you look for a broken or deteriorated wire.
