I have a 1995 V 6 Magna that has recently started to misfire underload when cold. I have run fuel cleaning thru the system and mader sure the airfilter is new. HT leads are new there is no discoloration of engine oil and the car runs reasonally well when warm however if I stop for a couple og mins and restart it shows similar symptoms which disappear in a min or so

I had the same exact problem over the weekend. We decided to go cheap first and replace the Oil Pressure Switch. It's like $6.00 at Auto Zone here in Texas. (don't know if you are from the states). It ended up being the switch. It's located right by the oil filter and it's very easy to change. Just make sure you have a wrench or deep socket bigger than 15/16. I think we used a 1 inch wrench.
If it's not the switch, its most likely the oil pump, but don't forget to check the hose, it could be bent or crimped.
Hope this helps :D

Check all of the cables near intake. Make sure all of the sensors are pluged in. Since if sensors have plugs that are loose than you could have a problem of inconsistent runing.

It's definitely your injection pump seals mate.....common prob with these engines. My 1994 2.8TD was exactly the same until I had the sealls replaced. I went for the complete reconditioning and not just the main seal and it cost me £519 in total. Dunks
