Thanx 01Wrench01, check eng light hasn't come on, i don't know if the injectors are after market or not but it is running an after market Microtech ltx8 ecu, if that helps? :) . The wastegate has a screamer pipe that dumps into the atmosphere, i'll check the air filter & plugs. oil level is good, abit black from running rich i think, coolant/water is fine, prior to this, the car would sputter (like a cold start sputter) every now and then when driving but would come right if I gave it more gas. I appreciate the help, you've been awesome, i shall check the other things you asked about & get back to you. Thanx
oh also, in regards to the fuel pressure regulator reading, I read 40 psi off the fuel reg gauge pictured in pic above..top right hand corner.

Hi 01Wrench01, still a few problems, engine light does not come on at all, i've checked the wiring and all seems in tact, oil had been changed 3-4 months ago but is black from car running rich, its cranking & has turned over but pops & splutters battery has run flat now (sitting at 9.3v on my volt meter). That is controlled by the governor built into your car. You would probably have to retune it with aftermarket systems to circumvent it. 180 kph is damn fast, so i wouldn't recommend it it.
First you need to check all your fuses with a test light.
The 12 volt light switch wire for the ilumimation of your gauges is just a park light feed, the best way to find it is using test light,it can be found in radio plug or park light switch or fuse board.Your check engine light is not so easy ,first I would check the bulb in dash, then you need to make sure of you lose wire tap connections the check engine light needs a feed to it to come on you need to check your aftermarket ecu wiring diagram to see where this is or get hold of a factory one to find it to see if you can manual trip it with test light.
first thing to do is remove spark plugs and if they smell really fuely you will need to change them if that doesnt help you will need to get the microtech tuned for a good coldstart , this depends on if its running stand alone or as a piggy back
cheers.
please leave feedback.
9.3 is a really dead battery - replace it and check the alternator. I have seen them go bad with no dash indication. As to the oil being black, you may have worn piston rings, and probably need an engine re-build. Worn rings allow the exhaust of the engine contaminate the oil - you should also see increased oil consumption due to the vapors exiting via the PCV valve and being burned in the engine.
