Indicator on dash or on floor console?

It's just a bulb if it shifts correctly.

Sounds like your dash light dimmer switch is faulty. It is supposed to allow you to turn off the inside lights and still have the dash lights either bright or dim. Have it checked out and replaced.

I think this indicates that you have an exterior light out. Check the tail lights, brake lights and the three bulbs that are mounted at the top of the rear window.

This is usually a sign of the battery wires not connected completely or the ground has become frayed and needs to be replaced.

If you did not get the Remote Chances are No. Even if it does it would Be very tough to Get a Remote for a System that has no Remote. Most of the Companies will not issue you an Extra Remote for the System if you do not have one already since this is what the Thieves do to get remotes to Resell the Units. you cant just diconnect it....you may try locking and unlocking the door with the key ....that may disable the alarm otherwise you may need to get it to the dealer for further diagnostics
