It is not the serpentine pulley nor idler but it need a good clean up on the pulley wheels and then spry generously the belt with belt conditioning dressings spray to minimise dry friction.

How do i fix a fuel leak under front door of a 1998 gmc jimmy?

Depends on what's leaking. The fuel line runs down that side of the truck to a fuel filter near the front. If the filter or a filter connector has failed or is loose, try replacing the filter. If the problem is a leaking line, you will have to find the exact location of the leak and try either installing a repair kit (cut the line and insert coupler), or if badly damaged, replace the line.

Hello everybody, I have 1998 GMC Jimmy and after replacing the worn out AC belt with a new ones squeaking noise (when its cold) is gone BUT some "TUG TUG TUG" noise appear and it sounds like behind the...

Can't help you with the noise, but I suggest that you remove the belt and check all pulleys for any roughness or binding when turned by hand. You have a timing chain...You are right in the "window" where I've seen the most failures. It;s time to change it. It's not an "emergency" but when the chain stretches, it rides up on the cam gear and rips off the plastic gear teeth. And, it will always happen when you have the least amount of money or time to do the repair!
