Front right and back right turn signal wont work but the front left and back left do

first check the bulbs on that side by visual or changing to the other side if you can't see that well if the bulbs from the front and back work or are good when checked the flasher has blown out on one side and you have to replace it other possible cause could be a broken wire for the right side lights so look at the connectors for that side front & back if all is good one more thing could do this the actual turn signal lever that you use to activate the signals could be bad for the right side especially if it does not go back to the normal position after making a turn and the steering wheel rotates back to it's normal position but the turn signal lever does not click back to the center position this would burn out that side from the signal constantly being on good luck stephen

1998 ford e350 turn signal flasher clicking when key is on and lever is in the center position but no lights flashing until lever is pushed up or down then signals work as should replaced signal switch...

1) Is it a tilt column?

2) Do you use the tilt feature?

Sounds like it's in the column, which is very common for Fords around this time.

You can also expect to eventually have to push the column shifter up into the park position (even though it's in park), to start the vehicle; have to pull the shifter towards you to use the overdrive cutout function, and all kinds of fun stuff like that.
