Check the plug-in on the brake switch. also that switch is adjustable, maybe you can adjust it.

Mazda B4000 high mount light fuse location

1998 mazda b4000 high mount light doesn't work. where is fuse located? not shown on manual.

ChatGPT
The high mount brake light fuse on a 1998 Mazda B4000 may not be shown in the owner's manual because it is often a shared circuit with other lights and accessories.

That being said, the fuse for the high mount brake light is typically located in the engine compartment fuse box or under the dashboard fuse box. Check your owner's manual for the exact location of the fuse box in your vehicle.

Once you locate the fuse box, look for a fuse labeled "STOP" or "CHMSL" (Center High Mount Stop Lamp) or "BRAKE" that is related to the high mount brake light. Use a fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to remove the fuse and check if it has blown.

If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage rating. If the new fuse also blows, there may be an underlying issue with the wiring or the high mount brakelight assembly itself that will require further investigation by a qualified mechanic.

My 323 has no dash or side lights working but brake and headlights work ?

Mr, Parker check first the fuse box for any blown fuse and also any relay. Fuse box is on the driver's side legroom and also for relays under bonnet engine compartment. Another possibility for side lights might the bulbs blown and and dashboard as well. For better resolve ask the help of an expert-car electrician.

I have an Australian delivered 2004 Ford Exployer. My Brake lights are not working, but my Tail gate brake light is funtioning.I have misplaced my owners manual and only get descriptions of the fuse panel...

Chances are its not a fuse. The brake lights get power thru the brake switch. But the third brake light does not pass thru the turn signal switch.
So if it works but the regular brake lights do not, the problem may be in the turn signal switch.

Honda civic pro 94 upper stop light isnt working while lights on

When you checked the fuses, did you check them for continuity or did you check them by eye to see if they were blown? Use a continuity tester that's equipped with a tone alert; this way you don't have to pull the fuses out of the panel- just take the probes and test them while they're in place and listen for a tone. No tone, bad fuse- replace it.

Check the brake pedal's relay too. If everything checks okay, replace the bulb.

Hi!

Changing the brake pad has nothing to do with the brake light unless you touched the switch thats under your brake pedal. Or you might have a burnt light bulbs. Good luck
