Where is the headlamp fuse located for 1999 jeep wrangler?

Oct. 8, 2019 - Fuse Box Diagram Jeep Wrangler engine: 2.4L, 2.5L and 4.0L (TJ; 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006)

This is for 4.0L engine, fuel pump. Two fuses, one is in interior fuse box and the other in underhood fuse box. Hopefully the fuse box cover will tell you which fuse is which, or maybe your owners manual has this info.

Are these your wire colors for headlamps? In the diagram, the top wires are voltage, the bottom wire is ground, check both. There is no fuse for headlamps. There is internal circuit breaker in headlamp switch. The exterior lamps not including headlamps are fuse protected.
Maybe a problem with bulb or wiring circuit. The voltage for hi beams on both sides, come from the same place. Lo beams, the samething.

It should be behind the glove box door.

There is a fuse box under the hood on the passenger side remove the cover and the #10 fuse is for the headlamps. Look on under side of cover for fuse #s.

The fuses location for the headlamps on a 1999 Audi 2.8 A4 Quattro are:
F18 (10 A) - RH headlamp - high beam
F19 (10 A) - LH headlamp - high beam
F20 (10 A \ 15A) - RH headlamp - low beam, headlamp adjustment
F21 (10 A \ 15A) - LH headlamp - low beam, headlamp adjustment

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.

the brake switch on top back of brake pedal is shorting out.

Fuse 4 -->> 10 Amp Red -->> Door Switch Defeat
Fuse 16 -->> 10 Amp Red -->> Headlamp Aim (Export only)
Fuse 20 -->> 20 Amp Yellow -->> Transmission: Manual - Clutch Interlock switch by-pass Automatic - Ignition Starter Circuit
