I see that you had the injectors replaced 20,000 miles ago. I would still check the oil to make sure it is not overfull. The new injectors could be bad. If the oil level is not overfull then get a paper towel and touch the dip stick tip on the paper towel while oil is on the dip stick. If it's only oil it will not spread. If it has diesel in the oil the oil with spread. If this test doesn't show the injectors to be bad then you have three other possibilities. The FICM (fuel injection control module), the fuel pressure regulator, or the injection pump. It's hard to pinpoint what the problem is without running more tests and the only way to run those tests is with the computer the dealership has. Just so you know your injectors are still under warranty until 100,000 miles. Most likely you will have to take it to the dealership to get you truck fixed. I hope this helps you some.

I have found that when you are going to engauge 4x4 high, it is best to only be going about 3 miles an hour. Not faster, not stopped. It likes some movement to help it mesh. I've had perfect shifts since I started this. Hope it helps. Wade.

I have the same truck. The instrument cluster is a sealed unit that is not repairable by mere mortals. You might want to check the large plug-in connector on the back and see if it is partailly out, although that's not likely. More likely is that there is an electrical short in the cluster, and it will have to be repaired. Your dealer can send it out, or there are a couple of independent shops that you can find on the web to send it to. I lost the LED's in mine and had to send it out. It's really easy to get out - just pop off the front trim that goes around the instruments and the radio/climate control and take out the couple of screws that hold it in. Make sure you disconnect the battery first. Also, it's easier to get out the trim if you start er up, keep your foot on the brakes, put the shift level all the way down to the right, then shut the truck off. Hope this helps. > Joe

your problem was the electric seat motor. I had the same thing happen on passenger side while driving,fortunately smelled smoke, looked under seat and pulled motor wire loose.

TEST the vacuum pump. Both systems are run by it. Pressure should be at least 10psi right out of pump at 1000 rpm.
P.S. If pressure varies more than about 4 psi as the rpm vary the pump is failling.
