First, is this a Ford factory installed alarm? Or an aftermarket alarm?
If it is factory then check the owners manual or visit your local Ford dealer to see what they have to say. If it is aftermarket then check your battery terminals for wires that have been attached to the posts. If there are no wires attached directly to the battery then find the fuse box and see if there have been any wires tied into any fuses.
yes in the box of control see the diagram attached, there are small switch, that you adjust the sensitivy. and clean it with contacts cleaner. God bless you
Hi Kenneth, I'm glad to help!
I'm not positive about FORD's alarm system, but I do know with Chrysler alarm systems if you have the key with you, you can still start the car. BUT, If someone messes with the vehicle in anyway, then it shuts down the fuel system. Just to be positive, if I were you I'd contact the Ford Dealer and ask them. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Kenneth.
If you pull up on it there should be a small button on the top of the seat at the base where the holes are for the headrest. Hold that button while pulling up on the headrest.
