When should the serpentine belt be changed on a 2008 Altima 2.5L? I have 62k on the current one.

Normally they should be replaced at or near 100k but anytime between 75k and 110k is a good time.

That isn't the way to do it. You should have a bypass pulley, which keeps the route and the angles and the same length belt.
