It means it is time to change your oil and can be reset by pushing in on the small cavity with a key.
But change the oil first, otherwise you will be neglecting the engine maintenance.

Sounds like your car needs a tune up. At a certain mileage the car probably needs an oil change and other maitanence. Go on YouTube and watch a video to reset the button. Good luck.
There is a little fuse box to the left of the steering wheel with a cover over it. When you take off the cover on the under side of the cover there is a big number (like big font size) printed on a piece of paper. It like 5 or 6 digits long and obviosly numbers that can go into your stereo, like 1-6. If you type it in and it works it will make a beeping sound.

Your maintanence required light is telling you that some normal maintanence is required since you have traveled some pre-determined number of miles (pre-determined by Honda). For example, it could mean an oil change should take place, etc. If you keep track of those things on your own, then you need only reset the light, as follows: Turn off the engine. Press and hold the Select/Reset knob (odometer) in the instrument panel, then turn the ignition switch just to ON (II). Do not start the car. if the battery was dead for at least a hour, the computers are resetting its self, try to drive it slow about to 30mph for a couple days computers will change the way transmission shifts and how the rpms act.
Your A/C compressor is suppose to come on with the defroster, this is normal. It is built in that way to help the defroster clear the windshield more quickly. The A/C system dries the air that flows through it so there is no condensation build up on your windows.
I believe you have to turn the key to the on postion while at the same time holf down the reset button where your gauges are. Your going to have to hold it for a few seconds, then if I am right you will see a couple of little bars where your milage is suppost to be pop up and then one by one go away. Once all of the litttle bars have gone away your maintenance required light should go off.
