Where is the ABS relay? - 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe

It is located at the left of the wiper motor there are 3 relays, in order cooling fan, abs main relay, abs pump relay.

abs valve power relay circuit failur,this is what the code c1266 meens,hope this was some help,all the best.

abs relay is built into the abs pump. had a v90 and it was in there. turn'd out to be a damaged conector plug at fault.

there are 2 fuses only for the abs on the trk. 60 amp #2 maxi fuse and fuse #3 10 amp fuse for the ebcm. there isnt any relays for the abs.

it could be a bad relay or a blown fuse. check the abs and traction control fuses. There is no way to test a relay but you can replace the abs relay just to be sure. the abs and traction control should share the same relay but you may want to double check. All the fuse and relay locations can be found in your owners manual

relay 13 is abs pump relay,relay 14 is abs relay
If you look at fuse box,there is a row of fuses,other end row of relays
You need to check second row relays,far left and next right

swap out abs relay with a similar known good relay it's possibly a sticking abs relay

For a short term fix unplug the ABS relay. Your ABS light will stay on, and you won't have Anti lock breaks but you will be able to start your car which is always nice.
If you actually want ABS they try replacing the ABS relay, this will probably do the trick

DTC C0121 will set if the valve relay voltage is low or if the relay supply line is at 12 volts when the ABS control module is not requesting it. This DTC will also set if the ABS control module detects three or more solenoid
valve circuits are open or shorted during the self-test.
Cause(s)
A connector terminal is corroded.
The wiring harness is damaged.
The ground terminal is not conducting properly.
The EBCM is defective.
the relay is internal to ABS unit.

the relay is part of the ABS module it is an internal part of the module and not serviced separately
