Call your dealear i have heard this complanet about 4 times now see if it is a recall and see if your warrenty will cover it if recall does not exest....

If these all work replace the wiper motor.
What year ? The relay's are located in the under hood fuse box .
With the ignition in the ON position, accessory voltage is supplied through the 25A WPR fuse to the WIPER relay, the WIPER HI relay and the WSH relay that are all located in the underhood fuse block. Refer to Wiper/Washer Schematics. Which wipers are you talking about ? Front or rear . Rear wiper fuse is in the I/P instrument panel fuse box .

The power distribution panel on your car is located under the hood in the engine compartment. It is located on the right passenger side closest to the firewall.
When you open the cover to the PDP, you'll see a series of blade type fuses in the front compartment and a bunch of wire harnesses in the back- that's where you'll find the tan colored relay you need to replace.
I have attached a youtube video for you to watch because it appears that the most common cause of this relay failure is due to water build up in the PDP compartment which is causing serious wiring deterioration and rusting- not only to the wiper relay but to the other relay components in that block.
So should you be experiencing the same problem when you open the power distribution panel, you'll know what to do.
Although not entirely sure, I suspect the fuse is under steering wheel, and should be labelled. Normally 15 or 20 amp I think. If you can't tell which, pull each fuse one at a time until you find a bad one. It is always possible the wiper motor is bad, but rarely happens.
I would start by checking for a blown fuse. the fuse for the rear wiper is located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see picture below for location). The fuse you are looking for will be in the number "fuse 12" position and should be a 10 amp fuse (see other picture below for a diagram of the layout with numbers). Look for the fuse for the rearwiper motor is a 15 amp mini-fuse , in location # 8 of
your POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX in the engine compartment.
Check in the PD BOX for;
- relay # 8 is the rearwiper down relay , and
- relay # 10 is the rearwiper up relay .

The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.

To remove the fuse panel cover, turn the panel fasteners counterclockwise.
To remove a fuse use the fuse puller tool provided on the fuse panel cover.
