Dipstick: none. These cars have electronic oil level monitoring. To check the oil level, get in the car, turn the ignition to position 2, use the buttons on the steering wheel to navigate to the dialogue where you ask the car to measure the oil level. Look in your owner's manual for more info. Note: the oil must not have been driven w/in the last 15ish minutes and must be parked level.

Drain plug: (it's not a nut) To find the oil drain plug on any vehicle lift the vehicle, identify the engine. On the bottom of the engine, look for a piece of metal that's approximately square in shape and smooth on the bottom. This should be the oil pan. If it is, it'll have an oil drain plug at the bottom corner pointing to the rear of the car. This is to allow all the oil to drain out when the car is lifted on the front.

Look for a red handle for the oil dipstick. it really depends on which engine you have.

How to oil change 2005 Mercedes Benz E320 Cdi

Mercedes makes it easy! Get a 10 quart oil pump and draw the oil out of the dipstick tube. The oil filter is on top so can be removed with a filter wrench and easily replaced. No need to jack the car up or crawel under. No fuss no mess and a 10 minute oil change!!!

Where can I find engine oil dipstick on mercedes E270 CDI year 2004

These cars don't have a dipstick (really!). Using the steering wheel controls you can get to a page on the computer output (middle of speedo) that will give you an indication of oil level. Sorry I don't recall exactly which page it is, but the manual explains - I'm sure you can google it. If you do a normal journey (so the engine is up to temp) and then park on a level surface and wait a few minutes you get the true reading from this function. If you ask me it's all too clever for it's own good...

Check oil

computerized oil indicator is only way if no dipstick. turn key halfway on... toggle through steering wheel buttons until check oil function. computer only checks if engine is off for a few minutes. this is for a 2005 cdi e320, might work for you.
