My neon Chrysler has power to all other services but no.power to starter motor?

Most starter cables have a fusible link built into them. If the link has blown there will be no power getting to the starter until you fix the cable. Disconnect the cable from the battery and check for continuity between the cable post and the starter cable attaching point...no continuity fusible link is blown.

1990 ford thunderbird turns over but wont start i was told it was te fusible link. If it is where is this link?

fusible links come off of the starter on GM cars, and I would imagine they are the same on the Ford.

Usually, in my experience, the fusible link is close to the starter and controls things like the cooling fan. It's another circuit protection feature.

Actually, if you have a 1990 Ford Thunderbird that won't start, I would look for fuel and spark to start.

Audi 100cs does not crank and does not start

If you have acess to a mutimeter check the batery voltage. Should be around 12.5 volts. also check batery voltage when trying to crank engine. Should drop to 9volts while cranking. If it dose but engine dose not turn over you know power is still going to the starter motor but its just not turning. This could be a bad conection in the starter some where.if voltage dose not drop you know power is not reaching the starter motor. this could be a bad earth to the starter from the baterty somewhere. But also listen for clunking or clicking noices while cranking which would surgest the starter is trying to turn. try this before doing any other diagnostics.hope this helps
