When replacing the key fob battery there is no reprogramming required! If the key fob was working prior to the battery replacement then it would point to the contacts not being correct! Remove key fob battery and start again!
hi, will you please help. l have a 1997 2,6i vw microbus it was running fine. l drove and back and parked it in the garage, after 3 days l tried to start it but it only tries to start and wont catch the idling. it immediately cuts off as soon as it tries to idle. the alarm work, as well as the central locking.
YOU DONT ,you have to take it to a hyudai/kia dealer and they will recode the KEYS/REMOTES to the car.takes about 1/2 hour max.take all keys/remotes with you.
