The check engine light stays on if there is trouble codes in the computer it could just be a simple miss fire that triggered the check engine light to come on i would have a shop or auto parts store check the computer.

Plz check engine coolant temperature sending unit that feeds the computer. (Not the one that controls gauge on dash).

Suzuki 2005 verona codes coming up are P0700, P0741, P0733 and Po734 what do these mean

bad A/T
automatic transmissions are complex, and expensive to repair /replace.
take it to an ASE pro.
The suzuki has factory codes too, so you need them for full diagnosis.
that takes a special too, not just your generic P0 codes.
this tells me , the tranny is slipping
tcc not locking up and 3nd and 4 gear , not right ratio.
slips. and that is serious. get a full diagnosis.
5sp M/T/s rule, A/T not.

My 2005 suzuki verona wont go beyond 1st gear and prior to that the engine stalled once in a while.

is this a transmission question, A/T or M/T
or a lack of engine power.
state which, if unsure ask any guy whos ever worked on cars to help.

P1668 for 2005 suzuki verona

no question asked, just a number.
are you asking how to diagnose cars?
or want use to print out the 10 pages in FSM book on this?
why not get car serviced, we cant teach car service online.
we dont know what engine you have, there. 2.0L or 2.5L (matters)
sold in USA as Verona, others as Daewoo Evanda
on the 2.5L this code means
the ETC sensor wires fell off sensor (unplugged)
or they are shorted,(mangled)
or the SENSOR is bad, (not weak) bad, open or shorted inside.

Verona 2005 fog lights won't work. Fuses are ok, lightbulbs are ok. Fog light switch lites.

Remove the entire foglight assembly check for a loose wire inside the assembly. I had the same problem on mine but it only affected one of the foglights. Also check with a test light at the connector where it connects into the foglight assembly. Also make sure foglight bulbs are properlly tighted.
