There is fluid rated for colder temps than -20,switch to that and if needed they do sell windshield washer fluid heaters for really cold temps.
If all is good but the washer sprayers like to freeze, and if they are mounted on the hood, wire an 1157 bulb under the hood at each sprayer, the heat from each bulb should keep them unfrozen.

Best solution is compressed air blown through the backside of the nozzles. If you do not have access to that, use push pins to clean the holes from the outside
Be aware the Y fitting in the hose mounted right at the base of the hood is common to break from age, also causing no spray.
SOURCE: How do you remove the windshield sprayer nozzle on
Hello. The tiny hoses will come apart with nothing but a blow dryer to heat them up a bit and relax them. Once apart you will have to run a fine copper wire through them to remove the rain-X. However, before you take anything apart begin by using a blow dryer to warm up the sprayer head and when it is quite hot see if you can spray the wiper fluid right through it. Regards, Joe

SOURCE: I think my van has a clogged windshield nozzle.
First try to clean out the squirter nozzles.Take a very small wire, sometimes a staple works great, and stick it into the nozzle to clear any debris. Then try to spray it again. If this didn't solve the problem and the debris is cleared, then you either have a weak or blocked pump, which is located on the washer reservoir itself.Hope I could help!!! Rate me accordingly!! Thanks!

Remove rear dooor panels. take inside plastic loose at the bottom and half way up the door.take and tuck in the bottom of door...this does take in account the plastic is still on the door. Now take another piace of plastic and seal it against the door frame . Then reinstall door panel.
