Can't get my blower motor out of my 1996 Bonneville

You will need to remove the engine's valve cover at the rear of engine to remove the blower motor, also replace the blower motor resistor while you are in there.

I have a 1999 Bonneville. Heater blower will not work. Replaced blower, and the control panel on the dash. Still nothing. Checked fuses, all seem to be good. (Also the lighter and trunk latch inside car...

Verify you have good power and ground at the blower motor if so replace and make sure the wires are not routed near the blower motor.

The blower motor in my 01 bonneville quit working. I replaced both the blower motor and hvac control unit and it still does not worl.

did you change the blower motor resistor? that could be the problem,

It could be a fuse. Fuses under the back seat.
Chances are that it's the blower itself. Pretty typical for our generation of Bonneville. I have a 2005 GXP and replaced the blower at about 75,000 miles. I can't remember the car before that I had to replace a blower... maybe 20 years ago?

Anyway, the blower is under the passenger dash.
Remove the panel under the passenger side dash; I recall two small screws.
There may be a couple wires to unplug from this panel.
The blower motor is located right above the passenger toes.
Unplug the three wire plug.
Remove a small rubber hose. It has one right angle bend. It's about the size and length of a big thumb.
Remove 3 small screws on the fan, and the fan comes out.

Go to any autoparts online store such as autozone and you can look up any part replacement step by step. May have to register.

Blower is making a roaring noise and sounds like

The noise is caused from a bad or dried up bearing. You will need to replace the whole blower motor

1999 bonneville blower motor not working all the time

I had similar problem, it would cut out in the middle of driving, I replaced the blower motor and it has been fine ever since, It was pretty easy to swap out.

Pretty typical for our generation of Bonneville (mine's a 2005 GXP). There are at least two different fans for our generation of Bonneville.
