Alright I'll try an injecter cleaner right now because I just put in a new ignition coil and nothing still misfiring I'm running out of thing to do here.

Check the exaust pipe if is very clean the car is runing lean and make the misfire
The exhaust pipe is dirty and I smell a hint of gas fumes.
check the mass sensor and beter cleaned only use a mass sensor cleaner
DID YOU USE FACTORY TYPE SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES.IF NOT WRONG SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES WILL CAUSE MISFIRE.IF FUEL FILTER STOPPED UP OR WEAK FUEL PUMP WILL CAUSE LEAN MISFIRE.IF ALL FAILS DO A COMPRESSION TEST YOU COULD HAVE MECHANICAL PROBLEM.
Ow would Yup everything is factory spec. After eveything its running a lot smoother. I cleared the codes and started the car and like after a min or 2 the light started flashing again I put a injector cleaner with full tank of gas and I've used 3/8 of a tank and lights still blinking every so offten. How do I do a compression test?

I haven't put in a new ignition coil yet because I'm not sure if that's the problem. Could a ignition coil only misfire on 1cylinder and work fine on the rest?
