There is two things. one is low coolant the other and most likely is heater core is plugged flushing the coolant causes things to loosen up stuff and it gets stuck in the heater core if you take heater hoses off and back flush the heater core with a garden hose and you will have better heat then you ever had.

Back flush the system and change the antifreeze
And I really wouldn't want to crash it to anything in that vehicle at 80 miles an hour its not made to go that fast.

I have a 1999 Ford Taurus that would not heat, took to shop they flushed the system, replaced the water pump and it ran hot after thet flushed the system took it back they flushed the system again and

Did you have red antifreeze prior to the flushing? Ford engines are generally aluminium and should be using blue antifreeze which is suitable for aluminium engine blocks! I think the antifreeze is reacting to the aluminium.....re flush and use blue!

Heater problems 2009 dodge nitro v6.

Possible, with rad cap off, let vehicle idle until coolant fan comes on then shut vehicle off for 30 minute cool down. Top up rad, install cap and drive and recheck heater operation and any overheating.

That car is over heating! Things to check #1Fan does it run #2thermostat change it #3 water pump pull the top rad hose to see if the pump is pushing water #4 last but worst flush the rad check to see that ther is good flow through it may be nessasary to change it. I'm sure one of these will sove your problem.

If you're losing coolant you have a leak. Go to the shop that flushed your system and have them check for leaks. They may have left a hose clamp or a drain bolt lose.

once truck is warm check both heater core hoses to make sure they are both warm if not then check the cold water valve could be stuck shut not allowing coolant to travel in to heater core.

1994 Honda Civic LX\overheating within 2 mile drive

Remove and raise upper hose at thermostat end and remove lower rad hose.
Fill rad with a hose and watch for flow from bottom rad hose and/ or bottom rad hose connecton.......water should fall though rad easily.
Honda rads are cheap.....any restriction....replace rad.

Remove thermostat....fill thermostat housing with hose and watch for water flow at bottom rad hose.
Flush good.

Remove heater hoses.......flush back and forth until a good flow is present "With heater control set to hot" if no or poor flow....replace heater core.

Stop leak can plug everything.

Also.......not likely causing over heating....but ....at your mileage,if you do not know if the timing belt has been changed.....CHANGE IT NOW!
Water pump is optional at this mileage.

No heat or defroster

Are the heater hoses warm or is just one of them warm? The reason i ask is because it looks like you've addressed everything but the heater core.It is possible that as a result of flushing the system that loose debris has clogged the passages to/of the heater core and would explain the loss of heat.
hope this helps!
