1999 Dakota pickup
5.7 V-8
Received P0201, P0202 and P0203 trouble codes simultaneously.
Reset PCM via battery disconnect, all okay for now.
Is there something in common for the Cylinder 1-3 and 7 injector circuits. Seems unlikely all 3 injector circuits would suffer a failure at the same time.
Thanks experts!

I think you should go for manual first after that it would be easy for you to solve your problem. I had visited this site past 2 months before for my vehicle and find it quite helpful may be you will also get something useful here Dodge Dakota
It is an injector malfunction on cylinder #1 and #2. Below average fuel pressure, clogged fuel filter, defective fuel reg., injector and wiring, water in fuel, spark plugs and wires, could cause your problem.

Try this website. Scroll the boxes at the top of the page and click find, it will list most codes including some of the maker specific ones. http://obdii.pro/en/code/P1215
the causes of the codes are --wiring---injectors--- ECM
unless you have a wiring loom connector disconnected say at the ECM or at the engine loom for the injectors ,I would suggest replacing the ecm with a known good one as the common failure point is the ECM
You mean P0202 , an what engine does yours have ? 2.6 L ,3.3 L , 3.6 L or 5.7 L ?
DTC P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P0205, or P0206
The engine control module (ECM) enables the appropriate fuel injector on the intake stroke for each cylinder. Ignition voltage is supplied directly to the fuel injectors. The ECM controls each fuel injector by grounding the control circuit via a solid state device called a driver. The ECM monitors the status of each driver. If the ECM detects an incorrect voltage for the commanded state of the driver, a fuel injector control DTC sets.
Test your fuel injector for cylinder #3 ! Do you know how to do that ?
You probably changed computers for nothing ! Check out this video on testing fuel injector circuits an checking computer driver that controls the injectors , Oh , by the way P0300 P0301 an P0302 are misfire codes , P0300 is a random misfire an the other two are for cylinders 1&2 Testing Fuel Injectors FastPCM Driver Testing II without scan tool Did you just replace the PCM - engine computer ? Didn't test anything !
I would try disconnecting battery again. Disconnect both cables and touch them together for a few seconds. This will reset all modules. Wierd that you had so many codes after just disconnecting battery. Sometimes very hard to tell if ecm is bad.
I will give you what the codes mean and you can then work out what to replace.
