Something wrong with the right rear bulb. with the front right blinking fast that is your indicator that the rear bulb is out. My first though change the rear bulb. Could be faulty or even the wrong one was placed in it. parts paces are terrible for giving out the wrong bulbs.
My bet even though you didn't post the make and year of vehicle, that you have a ground problem. Not to mention other loose connections. Please provide and update of the vehicle.
I would say you will have to find a shop that specializes in wiring and electronics. Chances are you have problems with the wiring under the dash, even the key switch. It may take several days and alot of money to find all of the problems and get them fixed. Most of the problems you mentioned involve the wiring behind the instrument cluster and the body control module.
probly need a new batt if over 3 yrs--it has scewed ur computer up--do a tuneup-chec plug wires-clean throttle area-test alternator now cause a bad batt cant ruin it--also inspec trans fluid etc-get a haynes manual at parts place
Vheck for a dashboard groung wire. It should be aon the passenger end screwew to the dash frame and the body ofthe vehicle. AND! There is a ground strap from the engine to the body. It is on a bolt on the top of the engine in a spot the engine is nearest to the body. Make sure all grounds are cleN AND SECURE, GOOD LUCK,_NED_
