check the bulbs if they ok check at the fuse box with a voltmeter and make sure theres power at the fuse box and if power at the box you have a break in the line follow to find the break
It could be the fuse, does it go down? If not chk. fuse, if fuse ok, see if you can help it down by pushing down on window wile working switch, and also same wile trying to go up, if it don't work or if its slow chanses are the motor is tired and needs replaced or its lost power like bad switch or broken wire. there is also a chanse it came off the track in witch case the door panel will have to be removed.
