Not sure how much it will cost you but my Alldata account has down about 8 hours of labor and about $50

If you tap it in yourself, which sould be simple depending on the location, the plug will cost you a couple of dollars. You can also put in a rubber expandable plug that you can tighten with a wrench. Your local auto parts store will be able to help you decide which one would be best for you but the actual plug is very inexpensive.

check the fuel pump itself.. if no fuel going through lines... injectors won't work.

Hi, Have you tried your local library? They are usually a great resource for auto repair manuals that would likely cover the 99 taurus serpentine belt diagram.I hope it did not break on you.
