Hello we have a 1999 Acura integra , automatic, it had a problem before we got it and it would cut off and not crank , days , sometimes it would crank and run then cut off when ever it got ready. We got it and put new plugs , wires, rotor button and cap, fuel filter and it ran fine , 2miles down the road and it quit and will not fire no more, we put another computer out of a 1999 acura int. 5 speed just to see if it would crank , no it did not. put ours back in and put coil pack in the distrubuter and that did not help. All fuses are good. Please help Thanks Ray

This happened to me on a 95 Integra GSR and the entire starter did not need to be replaced, just the solenoid pieces. They get old and worn down and the plunger no longer makes a good connection with them, hence the "click". Replace the solenoid panels and sand the plunger and your good as new. You can find instructions for this on the net, just do a search for it.

for you to check if it is the fuel pump, see if there is fuel running out of the hose if you remove the fuel filter. Another is to directly connect the pump to the battery. If the pump works that way, then it could be a efi relay issue which is found underneath the dash or a wiring issue.
