SOURCE: find the pcv valve on a dodge neon 1996

When facing the engine compartment, the pcv valve will be located on the right end of the valve cover. It threads into the cover and will have a rubber hose attached also.

Any further problems, give me a shout.

SOURCE: ignition lock -98 dodge neon

Sounds like the ignition cylinder is jambed, if you remove the covers and put the key in, you might be able to turn it with pliers, just turn it to the accessories position, then there is a small metal clip that pushes in, push it in and pull the lock cylinder out of place, get a new one from the dealer and reverse to install. If it's above you, your dealer can help, usually about an hours labour or so.
Hope that helps, Good luck

How do i change the ignition switch in a 96 neon? when i turn the key it makes no noise at all. the battery is good.

there is no way to tell if the switch failed or the starter failed at this time. Replacing a part without properly diagnosing the problem is going to get costly if you replace parts for no reason. Plus you wont love your car anymore if you guess wrong.

Key stuck in ignition

Take the steering column cover off and tap/hit the ignition barrel with suitable tool (small hammer)while twisting on key.It may be enough to loosen it so key comes out.You will have to remove steering column cover to swap with replacment barrel anyway .Get someone to turn steering wheel while tapping/hitting barrel as it could be the steering column lock pin thats jamming.good luck.
