It could be any of the components in the horn circuit causing your problem. The most likely cause would be a broken clockspring assembly in your steering column. (very common on all Chrysler products) It could also be the horn fuse, the horn relay, the horn assembly itself, or the wiring between any of the components.
Note: If the fuse is blown, you need to find out why and correct the problem or it will only happen again.
