You didn't mention the alternator, power steering pump, or water pump. In fact, any pulley other than the crankshaft one can have a bad bearing or dry seal. Remove the belt and spin each pulley while listening for any rough noise or squeal. If it was the crankshaft, it might be time to check the oil. Start the engine with the belt off to see if it does squeal. Make sure the noise isn't coming from the radiator fan(s).

I have changed the pump out on my wife's 99 Voyager, 3.3 liter. Per my manual (and experence) there should be a nut at the back of the pump connecting it to the bracket. Then there are three (3) bolts which connect the pump to the bracket (front of pump under pulley. I my memory serves part of the front bracket will have to be removed with the pump. Lastly, if a 3.3 or 3.8 V6 you;ll have to remove the exhaust where it connects to the back manifold (has a flex pipe to it. Trust me on this the manual is correct with removing the ehaust from the engine, I tried to prove the engineers wrong but its the only way out and back in. Plan for these four (4) bolts to break and replace with new when putting pump back in, use new exhaust gasket too. To remove/install pulley to pump you'll need a special puller, cheap to by or may be rented.
I hope this may have assited you,
Tom
