1997 jeep wrangler will not blow hot air from heater,,, i replaced the thermostat ,, heater core isnt leaking, and my heater knobs are working,, it blows somewhat warm air , but doesnt get completely hot,

Sounds like either the antifreeze solution is to strong [ shouldn't be more then a 70% mixture ] or the heater core is plugged [ some "stop leak" products will cause this.

Feel of heater hoses to see if both are getting hot. If yes, bleand air door not working due to vacuum leak or bad actuator. If no, back flush or replace heater core.
You may want to check the two water houses that feed the heater core. they both have to be hot. (they are usually located next to the thermostat housing.) If they are cold first check the coolant level. Fill up if needed, then you may have to check of there is an obstruction by the housing or the heater core is clogged up. I would first disconnect the hoses and see inside the thermostat housing with a lamp. Also blow some Air inside the heater core to see if flushing is needed. Well if those hoses are both hot then that must be a problem inside the cabin with the vents selection. Either an electric switch or cable. But there are already a few things to check first.
Heater blowing cold air,indicates towards low or no coolant or the coolant flow is getting obstructed or the heater core is clogged or hot to cold moving flap/ door is stuck in cold mode.
There are many possibilities, that needs to be checked.

WELL YOU NEED TO CHECK THAT THE BLENDOORS ARE WORKING BUT OPEN HOOD WHEN CAR IS WORM TO RUNING TEMP FEEL THE HEATER HOSE THEY SHOULD BE HOT IF THEY ARE ITS MOST LIKELY BLENDOOR MOTOR OR BLENDOOR BROKE. HOPE THIS HELPS
The only reason it won't blow hot air is because the water is not getting to the heater core. Check to see if you have a heater control valve in one of the two lines to the heater core. If so check to be sure that is is opening and closing. If it won't open then you get no water flow in to the heater core.
Verify that the hot water is being circulated thru the heater core by letting the car warm up to operating temp and carefully touching both heater hoses at the firewall where they enter the core. If you are sure that the water is flowing, the the blend door inside the ventilation housing is either not working, stuck, or not getting vacuum. This door directs the air to or away from the heater core depending on the temp control knob position. The system is activated by vacuum pressure, check all vacuum hoses from the engine to the firewall and also underneath the dash on the passenger side behind the ash tray.
How often has the coolant been changed? My only guess is that it hasn't and the hoses and the heater core are plugged up with goo and a flush is needed
the electric motor that open the heat door looses electrical connection there by the door stays on cold / it is located under the a/c heater assembly / which requires removing the whole dash and heater assy// also bleed all air out of coolant system
