Could be the gauge on the dash or the sending unit in the tank.

Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm. You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------

its under hood in a square box its marked on underside of lid on box which one it is

service engine light/ might have came on because of a fuel cap not being tight enough which sets a code for an EVAP leak

your fuel pump may be failing. you might need to have it replaced but i suggest you have it checked out by your local mechanic

the air filter should be changed when visibly dirty, and I recommend fuel filter replacement every 30000 miles depending on if your car even has one. starting in 2005 gm deleted alot of its fuel filters

hello there my friend, these cars have a lot of problems with the coil pack, its the complete cover above the cams/valve covers, these area is very hot and these coil pack is from a plstic material so it often cracks and spark starts to escape all over from the inside part so it fails to fire the cylinders and stalls or hesitates, these condition gets worse under load, most times you can hear the spark jumping to a close ground or visualy inspect the coil pack for cracks or burnt traces replace it if you see these symptoms, good luck

about 1 hr. to 1.5 hrs. with low fuel in tank.

there is a couple of things you can do ,, reset you computer take the hot wire off your battery for 5 min. then if that dont work check transmission fuild,, dirty trans fuild cause transmission not to down shift and stall
