You need to jack the back end up and place it on jack stands. then make a paint mark on the driveshaft and the rear end yoke, so when you put it back in, it will be "match marked" to the same spot. This is for proper balance. Then just unbolt the Ujoint from the rear yoke. Be sure to wrap something around the joint o the caps don't fall off the universal joint. Once it is loose from the rear end you can slide it out of the transmission. I would suggest covering the hole in the tranny also for transport. Some transmission fluid might come out of the rear when you remove the driveshaft.
