Start by having your battery checked just because there is some power in the battery doesn't always mean it is good there could be a dead cell in it and when you need a large demand of power it can't supply it

There is a setting for the engine called a "cold start sequence". This is activated by a cold signal from the water temperature sensor. If this sensor is stuck on the HOT setting the engine will not go into the sequence.
Some engines have 2 sensors with one operating the dash gauges and the other working the engine controls.
Some can be changed when the engine is cold without much coolant loss others you would need to catch drainage.
The belt may be slipping on your power steering pump or the pump itself is stiff and failing due to the fluid being low or old and in need of replacement. Check the fluid level in the pump. If the steering is still functioning fine and just squeeking, then simply tightening the belt may solve the problem.

computer will make it a rich or lean mixture to start the engine,if it tells the
computer that it is 75 degrees the computer will lean the mixture like starting
a car in the winter without a choke.
i am having the same exact problem with my 94' Continental. Runs great, then just dies. Doesnt start if i crank it over unless I wait a little while. I think its something in the ignition system, not for sure though.
