Water pump leak

If its leaking out of the bottom weep hole, then the pump seal packing is going south.
Sometimes you can rejuvinate with a bottole of stuff to help restore the seal, but best to replace the pump

Water coming out eder tanck after you turn engine off when hot

If you have a Rotory engine it is not like a normal engine, as you may have found out, but the problem sounds like Either the Thermostatis jamed so check it and replace with a summer one,Water pump starting to play up .GREY oil (water in the Oil),Red seal O ring leaking compression into water centre housing and only fill the water header tank to 1/2 full leave top off start and run for 4 minutes with bonnet up and keep Revs at 1000 if water bottol overflows then its ENGINE JOB
