there should be a belt diagram from a label either on underside of hood or on radiator support. That should help if you can do it yourself.

it sounds like you have a lifter problem..thats going to be the ticking you hear when the car is moving or even sitting and idleing

My TL '99 has 190,000 mile very happy with this car on 100,000miles timing belt was change for $250+parts $130 in local car shop its take like 2-3 hours, when i seen that old belt it was like a new one mechanic sad you dont really need to change it, but i like this car also i changed water pump, this is what they usually changing with belt, this is real nice car, no wonder made by honda

Depending on how long you drove it low and how low it is (was), You can severely damage trans. Oil keeps it cool and lubricated. Parts in there are very sensitive to both. If you think it's got a noisy bearing, try to isolate which side. drive with windows open, have someone help you by listening on passenger side as well. If it's that noisy should not be too hard to find.

The problem is the ignition wiring harness, as described in the May 2002 Recall 02V120000. I tried to get Acura to replace it a second time (first time they replaced it was at 75K miles) with no success. Car started stalling/restarting again at 200K miles. I bought the part mentioned in the recall (~$70) and installed it myself - have not had a reoccurrence since.
