There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?

Removal Procedure

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Bulb Replacement .
3. Rotate the bulb and socket counterclockwise in order to remove the bulb and socket from the housing. Remove the side marker bulb (3) or turn signal/park bulb (4) from the socket.
   

there is one top screw just remove the one top screw and pull the turn signal and side marker light housing off the fender then replace bulb.

it is a buld then under the bonnet /hood at the back of the lamp unit

the inner fender will provide a way. I would simply take it to a store and ask them nicely if they will do the install - -many times they will do it and at no charge. - if you must - -carefully pull away the inner fender from under the car - and look for the back of the marker -

DO NOT PRY on the plastic or you will break it and still not be able to change out the bulb.

I had to take the head light out, just as I would if I wanted to change that bulb. Then there is a small nut that holds your marker light cover in place. Just take that off, and barely pull it out, the bulb just pops right out from it's plug like the headlight. And that's that!

look in between the marker and headlights its a screw there screw it out

first remave the headlamp and then remove the marker lamp assy.

Open the hood. Observe the area above the right headlamp, close to the fender. You will see a phillips screw that holds a plastic tab. Remove the phillips screw. After removing the screw, pull the marker lamp assembly towards you. It may be real tight, if it has never been removed before. You need to pull the light assembly out of 2 retention sockets behind the marker lamp. Rotate the bulb socket to get to the bulb, replace the bulb, & slide it back in.Easy job.
