Did you visually check for spark at the spark plugs? You can use a digital multimeter on low voltage, engine idling, touch the spark plug wires, one at a time, note the reading. You don't take the plug wire loose or penetrate the insulation, it's an inductive reading, bleed through voltage or whatever you want to call it. On different vehicles, I've seen readings like .6 or.7 volt, not a full vote. If you find a reading that is bouncing off zero, then there is no spark on that wire, for some reason. I saw what you replaced, but, you may have to check wiring circuits for coil pack.
Any applicable trouble codes? If a misfire on a couple of cylinders, the idle will be terrible. Fuel--spark--compression.

your timing belt/ chain could be out of time, could have a clogged cat/ could be bad o2 sensor throwing off the air/ fuel mixture. any combo of those also.

have you done a cylinder pressure test?, that will determine if you have a blown head gasket or not. cuz if its a gasket, the pressure would just go to another cylinder and no pressure = no power.
