Does any one have the timings for a 1994 isuzu holden rodeo 2.77 litre turbo diesel

    i eed to know which of the marks on the harmonic balancer is the fuel pump timing mark. we just had the pump over hauled. the rodeo is a 3/02 turbo diesel

    I have a 1997 Holden rodeo. As i decelerate, say in traffic, the car wants to kangaroo jump. As soon as the clutch goes in there is no problem. Revs are up around 1800/2000, I don't think would be a problem. Any Ideas.

The 4JK1-TCX is a 2.5 L (2,499 cc), 95.4 mm bore, 87.4 mm stroke direct injection electronic commonrail 16V DOHC diesel engine with a variable geometry turbocharger and compression ratio originally at 18.1:1. It was used in the Isuzu D-Max, produced in Thailand, and the related Holden Rodeo and first-generation Chevrolet Colorado. Stock power is 136 ps (100 kW) and 320 N·m at 1800-2800 rpm. The original version is still used in the South African version of the new D-Max, the Isuzu KB, and with the compression ratio reduced to 16.0:1 in the Thai-market D-Max X-series. The 4JK-1E5-TC is a twin turbo version of the 4JK1 is produced for DMAX pickups exported to Europe from 2012. Certified to the Euro5b emission standard it produces 163.15 PS/161 hp/120 kW @ 3600 rpm and 400 Nm/295 lb-ft @ 1400-2000 rpm with a 17.0:1 compression ratio.

so we must look that up and find answers lacking the first 2 questions?

so you be timing the cam... ever google that.

2003, all ours are DIS fired. the spark timing,
all non boxer engines (pancake) gas 4 banger's are 1,4,3,2. spark timed.
boxers are on like old Porches.
2.4L is the
answering for USA cars, all 2003. only
ascender 3.5L
axiom is 3.5L
or rodeo or sport. 4 car sold here. )2.2L only in 4 banger)
so now I know Johns car is not here.
so john where are you and what car do you have
and what engine.
and is it gas or diesel
and is it spark timing or is it fuel pump timing.

on all DIS systems there are 2 types
COP, the PCM is hard coded, 1,3,4,2
if it has 1 or 2 coil packs
the coil pack is hard coded by the PCM but the pack
has dedicated, terminals
marked, 14 and 32 they fire in pairs, called wasted spark.

Do 3.1 liter turbo diesel isuzu engines have a one way valve fitted to their turbo cooling hoses?

Can I fit a 3ltr turbo isuzu engine to my 2000 model holden rodeo it is fitted with a 3.2 ltr V6 at the moment

Holden 94 rodeo petrol

Good Day
Vale clearance cold
intake .006 in (.15 mm)
exhaust .010 in (.25 mm)

Timing
1. With transmission in Neutral or park, start engine and warm to normal operating temp. turn eng,and all accessories off. connect Tachometer. Connect timing light to no 1 spark plug wire.

2. Disconnect and plug fuel vapor canister purge hose and EGR vacuum hose. Start and ensure idle is 900 RPM. adjust idle as required. Check ignition timing ( 12 @ 900)

3. If adjustment is required, loosen distributor hold down bolt and turn until timing is within specification. Tighten distributor hold down bolt and recheck timing. adjust idle speed as required.
