I changed the battery a week ago and everything was fine. Then 2 days ago the radio display wont come on. So I have no radio, GPS, or backup camera. I checked the radio fuse and it is fine. I just pulled the negative battery cable for 15 minutes to see if it reset but it didnt.

Have you checked the fuse?

What shop did you take it to ? Any DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's stored in the SJB - smart junction box ? This is ford's body control module . Do you know anything about automotive electronic's , electronic control modules ? Do you know how to test these systems ? Hooking up a professional scan tool to check input data an out put data for the smart junction box an testing electrical circuits with a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter is the way to find what's wrong. Checking battery voltage circuit an ground circuits for the SJB after checking for codes , would be where i would start.

Sounds like someone shorted the wires...you need to look into the entire butcher job and see what wires were touched. Disconnect everything the butcher did and then see if your battery is still drainning power.

might be due to the battery being bad and may need replacement but if the battery is holding a charge then it might be due to a short out in some place

Either its a bad new battery or tour altenator isn't charging it. Jumpstart it.

think you need a new radio i suspect you put the jump leads on the wrong way around

check your battery first,  Then measure voltage to the starter solenoid.  No voltage at solenoid the problem is at the key switch.

discinnect the battery for 5 min and reconnect it and this issue will be resolved.
