Many things can cause these warnings, because the Stabilitrack system is dependent on the whole car working properly (steering, engine, brakes, computers). It may only be an EGR valve or a wheel sensor or simply a weak battery. Get the codes checked by a GOOD mechanic or dealer and proceed from there.
I also had a stabilitrak light come on. I was on the highway and it made my car slow down and I could not go past 35 mph. The sensor on the throttle body was bad, but you can not just replace the censor, you have to get an entire throttle body. I had a mechanic replace it and the car was good as new.

The Body Control module (BCM) detects that the traction control switch has been pressed (signal circuit is low). The Body Control module (BCM) sends a serial data message to the EBCM in order to disable traction control. The IPC receives a serial data message from the EBCM requesting illumination. The BCM sends a serial data message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
Your best bet is to take it to a ASE certified an qualified repair shop ,that has the diagnostic tool to fix this problem .
